This is a Keuffel & Esser Slide Rule 4031 from the early 20th century. Patent date is June 5, 1900.
It's 5 3/8" long and has multiple scales that I know nothing about. (See Photo's)

It's a nice example of computing technology when Henry Ford was building his Model T cars.
