PAYMENT: We accept payment by money order, or personal check.  If you prefer to use your Credit Card, we can accept payment through PayPal Click here for info
SHIPPING: We try and keep shipping costs to an absolute minimum.  That's why when you receive your package it's not in a spiffy box with our name printed on it.

We try & reuse whenever possible.  We get or boxes from local business that would otherwise have to pay for their disposal.  It benefits everyone.

You save by not having to pay higher shipping costs because we don't have to buy boxes.
Our local stores save on their trash collection fees.
The environment saves because it's that much less that has to go into a landfill.

We try and reuse other packing materials also.  Peanuts, Plastic bags, Cardboard inserts, etc.

We don't just use any boxes, they must be clean and sturdy.   Any shipping materiel we receive from others must meet our standards.

Merchandise is shipped via  US POST OFFICE or UPS.
The shipping weight is listed on the Item page and a link to a pop up shipping calculator is below the indicated weight. Just enter your zip code in the
calculator and choose your best shipping option.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping, unless they are insured.
We've only had 2 packages arrive damaged since we started selling in September of 1997.
(We try and package so it will survive handling by a Gorilla.  Remember the old TV Luggage commercial.)
If your insured package arrives damaged, please save all packing materials and merchandise.  The Post Office or UPS will not process claims without these.
E-mail us with details and we will proceed from there. The Post Office will not process claims for lost packages until 30 days (longer for overseas) after they are sent.

   
MERCHANDISE:   98% of our merchandise has been previously owned. We try and describe the condition and provide Photo's so you'll know just what you are getting. If you have any questions please email us.
   
RETURNS: Customer satisfaction is very important to us. You have our pledge that the item you receive will be the one that was described and that its condition will be as described also. If you are dissatisfied, we will work with you to resolve it. We have worked for many years to establish our good reputation and will not jeopardize it by trying to deceive or cheat you.

Any purchase may be returned within 10 days of its receipt in the same condition in which it was shipped. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated.
If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Item, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our inspection that the returned Item is in the same condition as when we shipped, the purchase price will be credited to your PayPal account or a mail refund check will be issued. Please Allow up to 14 days  (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned Item for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for Items returned with any missing items such as instructions and/or accessories. For Electronic Items not listed as As Is or Non Working that we verify to be defective, we will also reimburse you for your original shipping expense on the Item that you return.

Please email us in advance if you need to return your purchase. Do not return an item without receiving authorization and instructions from us in advance.
