How to order:

STEP ONE: Browse through the catalogs and select the items you want. Each item has its own Item code. Please make a note of these numbers.

STEP TWO: Fill out the simple form below to reserve your items.
We will notify you by e-mail if the item is still available and put your selections aside for you. We will hold these items for 10 days. We will renew holds by request.

STEP THREE: Check Shipping Costs to your zip code. Shipping weight and shipping calculator is listed on the Item page. International Orders please email us for shipping costs to your country.

STEP FOUR: When we receive your reserve notice we will email you back Usually within 24 hours with total cost and instructions on where to send your payment.

All prices are in US dollars. Payments can be made by check, money order. We also accept Visa & Master card using PayPal.

Shipping:

Basic Shipping & Handling Merchandise is shipped via the USPS First Class, Priority Mail or Media Mail for books and recorded media. The shipping weight is listed on the Item page. To see how much it will cost to ship an item based on your zip code use the shipping calculator found on the Item page.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping, unless they are insured. If your insured package arrives damaged, please save all packing materials and merchandise. The Post Office will not process claims without these. E-mail us with details and we will proceed from there. The Post Office will not process claims for lost packages until 30 days (longer for overseas) after they are sent.

UPS shipments are available to almost anywhere, With the continual US Postal increases, there are cases where UPS is a better value. If the item you are interested in does not include Free Shipping, please use the Shipping Calculator for on the Item page to find your best shipping option.
