This is a 5 1/4" x 8",  16 page Christmas Carols Songbook. It was distributed by The Knights Life Insurance Company of America. There's no copyright date. I suspect it's from 1950's based on other songbooks I've come across in the past. It has 12 classic Christmas songs with the musical notations and The Christmas Story from the Gospel according to St. Luke It's in good condition . The front-back cover is separated from the bottom staple and has a clean tear where front-back cover join from the bottom 2 1/2" to the bottom staple.
