The chapters, all organized by presentation, such as "Layered and Stacked"; "Wrapped, Rolled, Filled, Folded and Stuffed"; "Skewered and Threaded"; "Bites and Pieces"; and "Sips and Drinks," and more.
The pictures provide great serving ideas and also guide the layman step-by-step through some challenging processes. Advice on party planning, menus, lists of suppliers and an index top off this info packed book.

This 495 page Hardcover book is 7 3/4" x 9 1/2" and is 1 3/4" thick. The book looks new with no wear but upon closer inspection the bottom of some pages has a stain that ranges from 1/8" to1/4" Please see photo's below.
Although stained it's a great copy you don't have to be afraid to use and get messy.
