Where did The Dee-Troit Diet come from?
The book grew out of more then 40 articles published in the Detroit Free Press from 1986 through 1989 by Bill Laitner. These articles provided a weight-loss plan that appeared in the form of seven separate weeks of diet stories.
Many of the articles were published in other newspapers under the name "The Seven Day Diet" - because each segment was one week long.

Hankering for tasty, low-fat versions of old favorites like chili, scrambled eggs and spaghetti…Wanting to turn convenience foods into nutritious meals… Needing to lose weight on restaurant food, even fast-food joints… then this book could be a start toward a permanent improvement in how you eat.

This 6" x 9" 146 page spiral bound soft cover book is in excellent condition
