A information packed booklet that covers just about everything you nee to know about cooking outdoor barbecue. Great photo's too! Book is in pretty good shape. It has a little wear on the bottom of the cover. Three pages have a Quarter size stain and a couple of pages has a stain that looks like a plate was set down on the open page. See third photo below. Despite these defects this is a great book on the in's & out's of barbecue.
