Here is a First Edition of the Betty Crocker's Picture Cookbook. It is in near mint condition! Covers with the exception of very minor wear to the bottom edges, look like new as they were protected by the paper dust jacket and a plastic one as well  The outer plastic dust jacket has a lot of wear and the paper jacket has some also but for bring 57 years old it is very good shape.

The book is a 450 page 8" x 10 1/4" hardcover 5 ring binder.  Inner pages are clean and in great condition. Only the first page has any signs of wear. The bottom has a small tear and the the ring holes had to be reinforced with clear ring hole reinforcement tabs. The Meat page and the back of the last page has a small stain on it.  See photos below.
